The Latch Modular Conference Table is designed for modern, adaptable workspaces. Part of the Latch collection, this reconfigurable surface supports hybrid offices, healthcare facilities, and educational spaces. With tool-free operation, you can slide, pull apart, and reconnect components in seconds to transform from a formal conference setup to a training zone or collaborative consultation area.

  • Color freedom: choose from 38 Spectone top colors and 76 base colors.
  • Integrated functionality: optional Vertical Wire Manager and glides for cable management and mobility.
  • Complete collection: pairs with media walls, shelving, whiteboards, and hospitality carts for a seamless workspace.
  • Shapes and sizes: available in multiple shapes and sizes to fit rooms of different scales.

LATCH TABLE SPECIFICATIONS

BASE CONSTRUCTION (LCH)

  • Material: 1.25" square seam-welded steel tube with powder-coated finish.
  • Features: Locking casters or levelers threaded into steel insert. Standard 3/4" round steel connecting bar for linking to other Latch products.
  • Shipping: Knocked down, includes 2 connecting clips.

TOP CONSTRUCTION

  • Core: 1" Nu-Green 2 ULEF particleboard (100% pre-consumer recycled/recovered wood fiber, FSC Certified, density 39 lbs/cu. ft.).
  • Laminate: 1/16" high-pressure laminate sheet with plastic laminate backing, bonded with water-based glue. Total thickness: ~1-1/8".

EDGE CONSTRUCTION

  • PVC (PVF, 2MM): Made from PVC pellet material, available in 38 colors. PVF edges are tongue & groove, 2MM edges are flat. Applied with water-based glue.
  • Bio (2MM): PVC-free, 88% bio-based resin blend, durable, available in 38 colors. Applied with water-based glue.

Power & Data, Rectangular Vertical Wire Manager, Modesty Panel, Storage Hook, Levelers.

NOTE
Halfmoon tables must be connected to pass BIFMA testing.

  • Extended lead time! Typically ships in  6+ weeks.
Delivery & Returns

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
