Allseating

Astute chairs and stools by Allseating offer a coordinated seating family for healthcare visitor areas, staff collaboration spaces and counter-height work settings. Choose a guest chair or stool first, then compare upholstered or wood construction and the compatible base, arm and finish choices.

Keeping the models in one configurator makes it easier to carry a consistent appearance between seated and counter-height areas. Stool choices include counter and bar heights; use the stated seat height to match the intended surface. Wood stools can have a wood seat and back or an upholstered seat with a wood back, with the appropriate upholstery choices appearing below.

Features and configuration options

  • Guest-chair, counter-stool and bar-stool selections within one product page.
  • Fully upholstered or wood styles, with an upholstered-seat option for wood stools.
  • Beech and walnut finishes where listed; walnut carries the stated upcharge.
  • Four-leg and sled bases, subject to the selected model’s compatibility rules.
  • Armless, Penguin or Loop arms where offered, with polished aluminum or painted arm finish.
  • Frame, trim and compatible floor-contact options selected separately.

Stacking limits depend on the specific model, upholstery and arm/base combination; do not assume every Astute arrangement stacks equally. Confirm textile cleaning instructions and physical samples for the intended facility. Single-chair requests are handled by quote while the small-order carton charge is reviewed; online orders start at two chairs. Commercial delivery is included to all ten Canadian provinces, with territories excluded and a $150 residential charge per Allseating shipment at checkout.

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
