• Slip cover for head area attached with Velcro

• Integrated lumbar support

• Easy grip forward extending arm caps

• Stationary base with adjustable leveling glides, non-marking nylon

• Opens easily with recline release handle & body motion

• Back recline to 60º angle maximum (from vertical)

• Allow 9 in (229 mm) wall clearance for full recline

• Mobile recliners with four locking casters for easy relocation of chair

• Back reclines to 55º angle maximum (from vertical).

With optional Trendelenburg position, back reclines to 72º angle maximum (from vertical)

• Chair requires 19 in (483 mm) clearance to fully recline.

With optional Trendelenburg position, chair requires 24 in (610 mm) clearance

• Wood armcaps are available in any standard healthcare wood finish

• Armcaps can be replaced with Self Skinned Urethane (SSU); available in six colors

• Chrome push bar with polished finish on chair back is standard with mobile base

• Seam sealing option is available

• Mobile base models are available with four institutional quality locking casters

• Trendelenburg mechanism can be specified at time of order

• Tablet arm is available on left or right side. It can
rotate to be positioned for any user activity and can be folded down when not in use

• IV pole available

• Oxygen tank holder available

• Footrest is also available in Grey thermally fused laminate with Black edge

• For proper cleaning and disinfecting practices, the textile selection needs to be identified. It is vital that following any chemical application a clear water wipe down occur to avoid chemical build up that will lead to deterioration of the textile. On Site Repair and Replacement

• All components are field replaceable including seat, back and armrests

• Removable covers on back, seat, leg and foot support

• The frame offers common hardware and mounting locations for the legs and casters allowing on-site conversion

• All connections are metal-to-metal. Primary seat arm connection uses patent pending die-cast zinc connectors

• Chair frame utilizes box joinery

• Armcaps are molded around a formed steel insert ensuring a metal-to-metal connection

• All armcaps are field replaceable

• 1 in (25 mm) plywood frame construction

• Heavy gauge no-sag spring

• 4 in (102 mm) diameter non-marring medical casters

• Manual locking casters

• Two swiveling casters on front legs. Two non-swiveling casters on rear legs

• Seat cushion, back cushion and covers are removable/replaceable

• Front edge of seat is a seamless waterfall

Foam

• 3 in (76 mm) Ultracell foam in seat and back cushions

• Meets all ASTM standards for comfort and durability

Weight Capacity

Designed for an active weight capacity of 300 lb.

Warranty

Lifetime warranty on all components except the following:

• 5 year warranty on foam and textiles

• 12 year warranty on control mechanisms

• Warranty applies only to single shift, standard commercial usage (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)

Fire Rating

All textiles and foam are tested and certified, meeting California Technical Bulletin 117 (CAL TB 117-2013) standards.

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
