Spec Furniture

The Factory heavy-duty work table combines industrial-strength construction with true customization to support dynamic work environments. A rugged steel frame with 2" square legs delivers stable support for rigorous tasks in hospitals, clinics, offices, maker spaces, and collaborative spaces. Choose from sitting, bar, or standing heights to fit your workflow and user needs.

  • Top options include laminates, solid wood, or veneers
  • Widths from 30" to 48" and lengths from 60" to 96"
  • 15+ standard laminates or premium brands such as Wilsonart, Formica, Nevamar at no extra cost
  • Optional locking casters and leveling glides for mobility and stability

The table surfaces are easy to clean, making them ideal for healthcare and office use. Add shelves, bag hooks, or power/data modules to boost productivity, and explore custom chroming, solid wood tops, or specialty finishes for tailored aesthetics. This modular design supports versatile configurations for hospitals, clinics, coworking spaces, and industrial settings while maintaining a professional, durable footprint.

MATERIALS BREAKDOWN

BASE CONSTRUCTION (FCT)

  • Constructed by welding four 2" × 2" 14ga. steel tubes together in a square shape.
  • Two inserts welded to the bottom of each leg and tapped for an adjustable leveler.
  • Bottom stretcher made from 2" × 2" 14ga. tube, mechanically fastened between two Factory bases during install.
  • Optional second bottom stretcher (upcharge) can be pushed out to each side to create footrests for the table.

TOP CONSTRUCTION
TABLE TOP CORE - 1"

  • Material: Nu-Green 2, ULEF (Ultra Low Emission Formaldehyde) raw particleboard core.
  • Core made using 100% pre-consumer recycled or recovered wood fiber.
  • Manufactured in an FSC Certified facility.
  • Density: 39 pounds per cu. ft.

HIGH PRESSURE LAMINATE

  • 1/16" high-pressure laminate sheet with plastic laminate backing.
  • Bonded with water-based glue.
  • Total top thickness: approximately 1-1/8".

EDGE CONSTRUCTION
SELF (SE)

  • Refer to manufacturer technical sheet for chosen laminate.

PVC (PVF, 2MM)

  • Made from PVC pellet material melted and extruded through die-head profiles.
  • Available in 2mm flat profiles with wood grain print or tongue & groove flat profile in 38 solid colors.
  • Applied to the table core using water-based glue.

Bio (2MM)

  • PVC-free, made with 88% bio-based resin blend.
  • Proprietary edge product with "state-of-the-art" edge banding process for durability.
  • Impact durability comparable to PVC, available in 38 solid colors.
  • Applied to the table core using water-based glue.

Delivery & Returns

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
