ENDZONE BENCH Specification Sheet

FRAME CONSTRUCTION

LAMINATE TOP:
  • Constructed of 1" NAUF (no added urea-formaldehyde) particle board (Phase 2 CARB compliant) core with a 2" built-up edge.
  • Covered and bonded with water-based glue to a 1/16" high-pressure plastic laminate sheet on top and a plastic laminate backing sheet below.
  • Sandwich top thickness: 1 1/8".
  • Core material: 100% recycled, manufactured in an FSC Certified facility.
  • Top density: 39 pounds per sq. in.
2" END PANEL:
  • Made using two 1" thick 9-ply particle boards.
  • Covered and bonded with water-based glue to a 1/16" high-pressure laminate sheet on top.
  • Secured to the table top using 3/4" turn mechanical fasteners.
  • Includes adjustable glides.
SUPPORT BEAM:
  • 2" thick, made using two 1" thick NAUF particle board (Phase 2 CARB compliant) core.
  • Covered and bonded with water-based glue to a 1/16" high-pressure plastic laminate sheet.

SEAT CONSTRUCTION

CUSHION:
  • Upholstered seat cushion with form-fitted covers stapled over 1-inch thick hi-resiliency polyurethane slab foam.
FOAM:
  • Open cell cut foam displaces 25% of non-renewable petroleum material with a sustainable plant-based substitute.
  • Density: 1.8 PCF (no changes to physical properties, comfort, or longevity).
FLAME RETARDANTS:
  • Foam meets Federal Motor Vehicle Standard MVSS302 and California Bulletin No. 117 (TB117-2013).

EDGE CONSTRUCTION

2MM BIO EDGE:
  • PVC-free, made with 88% bio-based resin blend.
  • Adhered to core material and trimmed using a state-of-the-art edge banding process.
  • Impact durability of PVC without added chemicals.
  • Available in 38 solid colors.
  • Applied using water-based glue.

Delivery & Returns

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
