The Citi Square Ottoman is a durable, versatile foundation for modern waiting areas. More than a footrest, this modular bench adapts to patient flows in hospitals, clinics, and senior living facilities. A robust full-metal frame is finished in Tungsten, Black, or Polished Chrome to endure high-traffic environments, while a seamless design minimizes dirt pockets in infection-control protocols.

  • High quality sectional benches: All benches and ottomans have steel-on-steel connectors to allow installation of ganging brackets
  • Size and look of seating matches other chairs, benches, and tables in the same family of products
  • Legs provide a lighter look and allow for easier cleaning under seating

  • Leg frame is available in 20 painted finishes. Leg frame is also available in Chrome, Brushed Chrome, Satin Brass or Antique Copper finish for an up-charge
  • Seat foam can be substituted with higher density/resiliency Ultra-cell foam

  • Welded steel frame around bottom edge of seating. 1 in (25 mm) square profile
  • Four legs with Black polypropylene glides

  • Upholstered in leather as standard. Can also be upholstered in fabric or coated textiles

Warranty:

Lifetime warranty on all components except the following:

  • 5 year warranty on foam and textiles
  • Warranty applies only to single shift, standard commercial usage (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
