Spec Boardroom Tables elevate boardrooms, medical offices, and conference rooms with a refined, functional design. Built for everyday collaboration, they combine a slim-profile base with thoughtful cable management and durable surfaces that resist frequent use.

Customization and materials give you control over the look and fit of your space:

  • Base and size options: 6" or 11" deep bases, available in 22" or 30" widths, with laminate or wood bases.
  • Finishes: 15+ premium laminates and wood finishes, including Wilsonart options, for cohesive styling.
  • Edges: 9 stain-matched edge options included for a polished, consistent finish.
  • Cable management: Wire pass-throughs and cam-lock removable doors keep cables organized and accessible.
  • Top construction: Multi-piece tops with uniform grain direction, up to 216" long.
  • Upgrade options: Power and data modules and custom cut-outs for tailored tech connectivity and setups.

Designed for executive offices and healthcare facilities, these tables balance form and function—delivering professional aesthetics with practical benefits for large meetings and shared workspaces.

BOARDGAMES Specification Sheet

MATERIALS BREAKDOWN

BASE CONSTRUCTION

  • Panels: 3/4" thick 9-ply plywood core, covered with 1/16" high-pressure laminate sheet or laid-up veneer, bonded with water-based glue.
  • Features: Cam lock removable door on one side for access to power/communication modules and floor monuments. Key hole routed above the door for wire pass-through.
  • Additional: 3/4" particle board core fastened to sides, 2" oversized to side panels. Side panels tied together with a shaped 1/4" thick steel plate.

Models with Trim:

  • BGRE, BGSQ, BGDR, BGEL, BGHDR, BGDDR: Trim attached to tapped holes in the plate using metal-to-metal connections.

Models with Plinth:

  • PLRE, PLSQ, PLDR: Standard with a 2" laminate plinth.

TOP CONSTRUCTION

TABLE TOP CORE - 1"

  • Material: Nu-Green 2, ULEF (Ultra Low Emission Formaldehyde) raw particleboard core.
  • Composition: 100% pre-consumer recycled or recovered wood fiber.
  • Manufacturing: FSC Certified facility.
  • Density: 39 pounds per cu. ft.

HIGH PRESSURE LAMINATE

  • Thickness: 1/16" with plastic laminate backing.
  • Bonding: Water-based glue.
  • Total top thickness: Approximately 1-1/8".

VENEER

  • Thickness: 1/32" hand laid-up flat cut veneer.
  • Bonding: Water-based glue.
  • Total top thickness: Approximately 1-1/16".
  • Features: Careful grain matching and symmetry.

EDGE CONSTRUCTION

SELF (SE)

  • Refer to manufacturer technical sheet for chosen laminate.

PVC (PVF, 2MM)

  • Material: PVC pellet, melted and extruded.
  • Profiles: 2mm flat with wood grain print or tongue & groove flat in 38 solid colors.
  • Application: Water-based glue.

Bio (2MM)

  • Material: PVC-free, 88% bio-based resin blend.
  • Features: "State-of-the-art" edge banding process, impact durability of PVC without added chemicals.
  • Colors: 38 solid colors.
  • Application: Water-based glue.

HARDWOOD

  • Construction: Individually segmented, glued with water-based glue, clamped for 100% surface coverage.
  • Finishing: Machined, hand-planed, mirered corners, pencil radiused, sealed, stained, and lacquered.

EXPOSED BALTIC BIRCH

  • Material: Baltic Birch plywood, 100% birch veneer sheets.
  • Compatibility: High-pressure laminate tops only (total thickness ~1-1/8").
  • Manufacturing: FSC Certified facility.
  • Finishing: Routered uniform profile, sealed, stained, and lacquered.

  • Standard lead time! Typically ships within 4-6 weeks.
Delivery & Returns

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
