Haven Tandem

Arcadia

Haven Tandem by Arcadia supports coordinated seating plans for healthcare waiting areas, outpatient reception and family spaces. The range includes two- and three-seat preconfigured units, standard and wider seating modules, inline benches and connecting tables. Choose wood or metal frames and specify each unit separately.

Seat-and-back models feature a passive flex back and clean-out access for routine housekeeping. Radiused arm caps have a finger-grip profile. Beech, black urethane and compatible Corian caps are available according to the selected model. Approved fabric and coated upholstery choices span multiple grades, with full colour cards available in Help.

Planning the arrangement

  • Begin with a preconfigured unit or select starter, add-on and end modules for a reviewed layout.
  • Specify modules from left to right as facing the arrangement.
  • Connecting tables require compatible adjoining seating; end tables belong only at the start or end of an arrangement.
  • Inline benches and wider seating modules are priced as individual components.
  • Optional inset panels, replaceable covers, seat moisture barriers and non-skid glides depend on the selected component.

Standard tandem seating has a manufacturer-stated capacity of 350 lb per seat. The manufacturer lists a 750 lb capacity for bariatric chairs; confirm the selected wider module and intended application in the project quotation. Nominal seat height is 18 inches. Compare the complete layout with circulation, transfer space and the intended users before approval.

Configure one unit or component at a time and request the required quantities. A complete modular arrangement needs a layout drawing and compatibility review. Photographs show example arrangements and may include several separately priced components. Guide drawings identify component form; the model label specifies the ordered frame. Two-tone upholstery, custom finishes and other requests can be added in the quote form comments.

Review physical upholstery and finish samples against the facility cleaning protocol. Commercial delivery only. Canadian import surcharge and applicable crating are included in the configured total. Freight is $300 CAD below order subtotals of $3,500 for AB/BC/SK, $4,750 for MB or $6,000 for ON/QC; freight is included at or above those thresholds. Atlantic provinces and all territories require a freight quotation. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
