Haven Guest

Arcadia

Haven Guest by Arcadia brings coordinated visitor seating to healthcare reception, consultation and waiting areas. Designed by David Dahl, the chair combines a passive flex back with a clean-out space between the seat and back for routine housekeeping access.

Ten standard guest configurations offer wood or metal frames with open arms, upholstered inset panel arms or an armless profile. Arm models have wood or black urethane caps. The nominal seat height is 18 inches and the manufacturer-stated capacity is 350 lb per chair. Review the complete footprint, intended users and room layout before specifying.

Features and configuration options

  • Beech frames in six finish references, including a priced premium finish.
  • Metal frames in Charcoal Grey or Metallic Silver.
  • Compatible wood arm caps can be upgraded to a pair of Corian caps.
  • Verified Haven-approved fabric and coated upholstery across multiple grades, with full cards and individual swatches in Help.
  • Optional replaceable seat and back covers, a seat-only moisture barrier and non-skid glides.

Wall-saver legs help maintain spacing from adjacent surfaces. Radiused arm caps with a finger-grip profile are available on arm models. Upholstered inset-panel configurations have their own model prices, so their additional upholstery is reflected in the selected grade. Patient chairs, tandem arrangements and other Haven family products are configured separately.

Manufacturer photographs show example materials and optional features; they do not change with selections. Request physical upholstery and finish samples and review the facility cleaning protocol. Custom and two-tone requests belong in the quote form comments. Commercial delivery only. Canadian import surcharge and applicable crating are included in the configured total. Freight is $300 CAD below order subtotals of $3,500 for AB/BC/SK, $4,750 for MB or $6,000 for ON/QC; freight is included at or above those thresholds. Atlantic provinces and all territories require a freight quotation. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
