Haven Lounge

Arcadia

Haven Lounge by Arcadia provides coordinated chair, love seat and sofa seating for healthcare reception areas, family lounges and visitor spaces. Designed by David Dahl, the collection offers open-arm, upholstered-arm and fully upholstered configurations with wood or metal frames and legs.

Thirty base configurations combine seating capacity, arm construction and frame material. Lounge chairs have a passive flex back; love seats and sofas do not. Every model includes a clean-out space between the seat and back to support routine housekeeping. The nominal seat height is 18 inches.

Features and configuration options

  • Beech wood finishes or two standard metal finishes.
  • Wood or black urethane arm caps on applicable models, with compatible Corian upgrades.
  • Manufacturer-approved fabric and coated upholstery across multiple grades, with full colour cards in Help.
  • Optional replaceable upholstery covers, seat moisture barriers and non-skid glides.
  • Compatible models offer casters, a pull, rotating tablet, cup holder or integrated power.

Manufacturer-stated capacities are 400 lb for lounge chairs, 700 lb for love seats and 900 lb for sofas. Standard legs have a wall-saver profile and approximately six inches of floor clearance. Caster versions lose the wall-saver function; power is unavailable with casters. Inset panel arms on open-arm models are priced for both arms at the selected upholstery grade.

Photographs show example configurations. Confirm physical samples, cleaning compatibility, electrical routing and room clearances before approval. Two-tone upholstery and custom requests are reviewed through the quote form. Commercial delivery only. Canadian import surcharge and applicable crating are included in the configured total. Freight is $300 CAD below order subtotals of $3,500 for AB/BC/SK, $4,750 for MB or $6,000 for ON/QC; freight is included at or above those thresholds. Atlantic provinces and all territories require a freight quotation. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
