The Global 9300 Series freestanding pedestal is a medical‑grade storage solution that enables secure, organized storage without permanent installation. Built for high‑volume healthcare environments, it features HIPAA‑compliant drawer locking, a built‑in counterweight for immediate freestanding stability, and durable, 24/7 capable construction.

The drawer system is configurable to fit your workflow: Box/File, Box/Box/File, or File/File configurations. Box drawers include integrated pencil and utensil trays to keep instruments and small supplies within reach, reducing hunt time and supporting efficient rounds.

Designed for hospitals, dental offices, care facilities, and private practices, this pedestal offers space-saving vertical storage and effortless relocation between rooms. It combines a professional, clinical aesthetic with robust security and long‑lasting durability, delivering a cost‑effective, HIPAA-ready solution for confidential records and medical supplies.

  • Mobile pedestal include four non-locking casters and a counterweight. Available in box/file, 2 box/1 file or 2 file configurations
  • Pedestals with box drawers include a pencil tray in the top drawer

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
