The non-wall-saving frame allows back-to-back placement to maximize space without sacrificing aesthetics. High-back models enhance privacy and reduce ambient noise, while mid-back options provide a lighter silhouette for collaborative zones.

  • Upholstery options: Custom fabrics, including antibacterial and antimicrobial options, to suit infection-control requirements and branding.
  • Modular design: Reconfigurable with universal connecting kits for quick rearrangement without parts replacement.
  • Durable and sustainable: 25% plant-based foam and compliance with CA TB117-2013 flame retardant standards.
  • Certification: ANSI/BIFMA X5.4 certified for commercial-grade strength and reliability.
  • Add-ons: Cove Mini Power Modules, Swivel Tablet Arm, and freestanding or connecting tables to build complete seating villages.

Built for flexibility, the booth modules support rapid reconfiguration for team standups, patient consultations, or casual collaboration. MATERIALS BREAKDOWN

FRAME CONSTRUCTION

Frame:
  • Made from 1" square steel tube welded to laser-cut steel channels. Threaded inserts for the universal connecting kit are welded to the underside for reconfiguration without part replacement.

SEAT AND BACK CONSTRUCTION

Seat:
  • Material: 100% Post Industrial Plastic (polyolefin based).
  • Upholstery: Form-fitted, sewn covers over hi-resiliency polyurethane molded foam.
  • Features: Elastic webbing for suspension, easily removable/replaceable with four bolts per seat.
Back:
  • Structure: CNC-cut plywood panels forming a structural box, covered with high-resiliency molded foam.
  • Upholstery: Pulled over a disciplined edge at the bottom.
  • Attachment: Metal plates for metal-to-metal connection to the frame, detachable with four bolts.

FOAM

  • Composition: 25% sustainable plant-based substitute, maintaining comfort and longevity.
  • Density: Molded foam at 4.2 PCF, slab cut foam at 1.8 PCF.
  • Flame Retardants: Complies with Federal Motor Vehicle Standard MVSS302 and California Bulletin No. 117 (TB117-2013).

  • Height: 27.5" above floor, 9.5" from seat.
  • Base: Non-wallsaving steel sled base available in all Spectone colors (1" square steel tube welded).

Delivery & Returns

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
