Almeya Work Lounge

Arcadia

Almeya Work Lounge by Arcadia gives healthcare visitors and staff an upholstered seat with a useful adjacent surface for a device, paperwork or personal belongings. Its integrated two-tier side table can support a compact individual setting within a family lounge, visitor area or shared staff space.

Choose the table on the left or right as seated. Both models have the same nominal 46.25-inch overall width, 33-inch depth and 32-inch height, with an 18-inch seat height. Review the complete footprint and access around the table with the facility’s room layout.

Features and configuration options

  • Two directional models with an integrated two-tier side table.
  • Selected Almeya Carded Program fabrics and coated upholstery.
  • Matching table surfaces in laminate, ash or walnut veneer, with Fenix or Corian upgrades.
  • Optional rotating tablet with separate surface and post-finish choices.
  • Optional seat/back clean-out and replacement non-skid glides.
  • Optional black or white PK1 power, centred on the front panel of the side table.

The optional tablet mounts to the first tier, measures 20 W ×13.25 D ×0.75 inches and rotates through 360 degrees. The manufacturer states a 300 lb tablet capacity and a 350 lb seat capacity; these are separate ratings. PK1 includes one outlet, USB-A and USB-C charging with a 108-inch cord; no hardwire option is offered.

Confirm upholstery cleaning requirements, review physical finish samples and consult the warranty and care PDFs before approval. Photographs show optional features and example finishes. Two-tone upholstery and custom requests are quoted separately. Request a project quotation with quantities and a Commercial delivery only. Canadian import surcharge and applicable crating are included in the configured total. Freight is $300 CAD below order subtotals of $3,500 for AB/BC/SK, $4,750 for MB or $6,000 for ON/QC; freight is included at or above those thresholds. Atlantic provinces and all territories require a freight quotation. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
