Almeya Benches

Arcadia

Almeya Benches by Arcadia offers single-, two- and three-seat upholstered benches for healthcare reception and shared visitor spaces. Designed by Chris and Jon Panichella, the collection includes single-seat and two-seat models with integrated tables, allowing a useful surface to be specified as part of the seating unit.

All five models are 18 inches high and 25 inches deep. Widths run from 25 inches for the single bench to 70.75 inches for the three-seat model. The two-seat table model places its surface between the seats. Only the single bench with table supports the optional rotating tablet; its handedness is specified as seated.

Features and configuration options

  • Integrated tables offer ash or walnut veneer, laminate, Fenix or Corian, with material upgrades priced for the selected model. Alabaster Ash and Super Matte Sable Ash are premium.
  • The optional rotating tablet measures 20 W × 13.25 D × 0.75 inches thick and turns through 360 degrees. It is available only on model 2601.11.07, with left/right positions and separate surface and post finishes.
  • PK1 Kia power units are optional on integrated tables only, centred as standard. Black or white units include one outlet, one USB-A and one USB-C port, with a 120-inch cord; no hardwire option is offered.
  • All-purpose glides are standard; non-skid glides are an optional replacement. Confirm suitability with the facility and flooring supplier.
  • Maximum capacity is 300 lb. per seat. The intensive-use rotating tablet has its own stated 300 lb. capacity. Dimensions are nominal.
  • Choose only model-approved Carded Program upholstery. Full colour cards and individual swatches support comparison; request physical samples and confirm facility cleaning compatibility.

Photos show example configurations and do not change with selections. Two-tone upholstery and custom finishes are available by project quote. Review the manufacturer’s warranty and care documents in Downloads. Commercial delivery only. Canadian import surcharge and applicable crating are included in the configured total. Freight is $300 CAD below order subtotals of $3,500 for AB/BC/SK, $4,750 for MB or $6,000 for ON/QC; freight is included at or above those thresholds. Atlantic provinces and all territories require a freight quotation. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

PK1 table power units: one outlet, one USB-A and one USB-C, black/white, 120-inch cord, centred placement.

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
