Engineered for modern workplaces, the Vion Guest Chair combines refined design with adaptive ergonomic support. Designed by Zooey Chu, the chair is available with a breathable mesh back or premium upholstery to fit reception areas, patient rooms, or executive suites.

Key features include optional lumbar adjustment, adjustable seat depth, and back tilt technology that promotes healthy posture and reduces muscle fatigue during long waiting times or consultations.

Ideal for healthcare lobbies, reception desks, and busy offices, the Vion provides long-term value through comfort, versatility, and responsible production while aligning with standard guest seating configurations.

  • Breathable mesh back (Models 6324, 6325) or upholstered back (Models 6334, 6335).
  • Wall saver leg design prevents damage to walls.
  • Waterfall front edge on seat for comfort.
  • Durable nylon arms with waterfall edge (on arm models).
  • Weight Capacity: 300 lb active weight capacity.

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS

  • Frame: Metal tubing (0.875 in / 22 mm diameter). Includes a polypropylene shroud under the seat to prevent damage when stacked.
  • Arms (6325, 6335): Durable nylon construction.
  • Seat: Plywood seat pan (0.5 in / 13 mm thick, 9-ply).
  • Back: Polypropylene back frame.
  • Glides: Standard black polypropylene glides. Multiple options available (non-marking, felt pad, rubber pad, cushioned steel).
  • Foam: Molded foam seat (2.5 in / 64 mm thick). Upholstered back models have 0.25 in back foam. Memory foam upgrade is available.

CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS

  • Back Frame Colors: Standard Black. Also available in Fog or Shadow.
  • Mesh Colors: 10 standard Vion colors. 10 Dimension mesh colors available at an upcharge.
  • Upholstery: Seat and upholstered backs available in fabric, vinyl, or leather. Matching outer (MO) upholstery option available.
  • Leg Finishes: Painted Black, Charcoal, Shadow, or Tungsten standard. Chrome finish available.
  • Glides: Options include non-marking, rubber pad, felt pad, or cushioned steel glides.

CERTIFICATIONS & WARRANTY

  • Warranty: Lifetime warranty on all components (except foam and textiles, which have a 5-year warranty). Applies to standard commercial usage (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
  • Standards: Meets or exceeds all applicable BIFMA standards. CAL TB 117-2013 fire rating.
  • Manufacturing: Produced in ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) certified facilities. Foam is made without ozone-depleting chemicals.

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
