Available in square and rectangular shapes, these occasional tables can be configured as open or fully closed units and include an optional power module to support devices and data connections. Built for durability and easy maintenance, they feature a Nu-Green 2 ULEF particleboard core (FSC certified) with premium laminate or veneer finishes that resist daily use while maintaining a refined look.

  • Material options: choose from 25+ laminates (Wilsonart, Nevamar, Formica) or 18 standard veneers with stain-to-match options.
  • Sturdy construction: 14-gauge steel legs in any Spectone color with laser-cut frames and non-marring glides for stable placement.
  • Connectivity: optional power and data modules tailored to workspace needs.
  • Certification: ANSI/BIFMA X5.5 certified for durability and safety; ships fully assembled for immediate use.

MATERIALS BREAKDOWN

BASE CONSTRUCTION

BASE - SQUARE, RECTANGLE TOPS
  • Frame made from 14 gauge 1" square steel tube welded to custom 11 gauge laser-cut c-channels.
  • Threaded inserts for the universal connecting kit are welded to the underside for reconfiguration without part replacement.
  • Frames are finished with clean lines and no exposed weld bead.
BASE - ROUND TOP
  • Four individual legs made from 14 gauge 1" square tube welded to custom laser-cut mounting plates.
  • Legs are positioned using a five-axis CNC and mounted with connecting screws for precision.
  • Frames are finished with clean lines and no exposed welds.

TOP AND EDGE CONSTRUCTION

TABLE CORE
  • Nu-Green 2, ULEF (Ultra Low Emission Formaldehyde) raw particleboard core.
  • Made using 100% pre-consumer recycled or recovered wood fiber.
  • Manufactured in an FSC Certified facility.
  • Top density: 39 pounds per cu. ft.
LAMINATE
  • 1/16" high-pressure laminate sheet with plastic laminate backing.
  • Bonded with water-based glue.
  • Total top thickness: approximately 1-1/8".
VENEER
  • 1/32" hand-laid flat-cut veneer.
  • Bonded with water-based glue.
  • Total top thickness: approximately 1-1/16".
  • Veneers selected for grain matching and symmetry.
CERTIFICATIONS
  • ANSI/BIFMA X5.5 Desk/Table Products.
  • Extended lead time! Typically ships in  6+ weeks.
Delivery & Returns

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
