MATERIALS BREAKDOWN

CONSTRUCTION

  • Models: 8905 (Bedside Table), 8902 (Bed)
  • Material: One piece rotationally molded highly durable Polyethylene (LDPE) with ultraviolet light stabilizers.

Features:

  • Two 3" openings at the bottom for ballasting with weight when required.
  • 4-11/16" OD spun-in cap to close the opening, sealed with two tamper-proof drill screws.
  • CAL 133 compliant as standard.

FLOOR MOUNTING

8902 (Bed):

  • Floor-mounting brackets connect to the underside of the bed.
  • Accommodates up to a 3/8" diameter fastener.
  • Divets at the front foot of the bed are dimpled for drilling to fix the frame in place after alignment.

8905 (Bedside Table):

  • Two floor-mounting brackets connect to the underside of the unit.
  • Accommodates up to a 3/8" diameter fastener.
  • Divets on the bottom shelf are dimpled for drilling to fix the unit in place after alignment.

OPTIONS

  • Optional floor mounting and the ability to add extra weight (sand bags required).

Model 8902:

  • Requires 4 bags of sand (44 lbs each), 2 per side.

MATTRESS

VINYL COVER

  • Heavy-duty, flame-retardant, fluid-resistant (minimum 15-1 ounce square yard), and vandal-resistant.
  • Four-corner box construction with no taped edges.
  • One end closure seam located on the bottom, extending the full width of the mattress.
  • Federal Standard 751, stitch type 301, with a single lock stitch and nylon thread.
  • Sewing: 8-10 stitches per inch on the seam.

INNER CORE

  • High-density polyurethane solid foam core.

OPTIONAL BUILT-IN PILLOW

  • Available for 4" & 6" Mattress.
  • Eliminates the need for a separate pillow.

Delivery & Returns

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
