• Wall saver leg design prevents chair back from contact with wall

• Integrated lumbar support

• Standard Self-Skinned Urethane (SSU) armcaps

• Complementing tables are available

• Shipped fully assembled

Options

• Rear casters are available for easy relocation of chair. Also available with lift mechanism foot pedal, allowing caregiver to gently move a seated person to and from a table

• Under arm space is open, as standard, but closed arms are available for all models in matching upholstery (CA models)

• Seven frame finishes are available

• SSU armcaps are available in several colours

• Optional wood armcaps are available in any standard GLOBALcare wood finish

Infection Control

• No Velcro on seat

• Seam sealing option

• Waterfall cleanout between seat and back cushions.

• Metal mesh seat deck. For mental health applications, seat deck can be covered with a solid moisture resistant surface with tamperproof fasteners

• SSU armcaps are cleanable and non-porous

• For proper cleaning and disinfecting practices, the textile selection needs to be identified. It is vital that following any chemical application a clear water wipe down occur to avoid chemical build up that will lead to deterioration of the textile. Contact Global should information on using a specific disinfectant be required

• All components are field replaceable including seat, back, armcaps, and arm frames

• Arm frame are interchangeable allowing for on-site conversion from steel to wood, open arm frames to/from closed arm frames, and single seating to/from ganged seating (ganged seating only available for some models)

• Armcaps are interchangeable allowing for on-site conversion from SSU armcaps to wood armcaps

• Metal frame with cast zinc connectors and metal-to-metal fasteners

• Arm frames use 14 gauge rectangular tube construction

• Zippered seat cushion

• Seat cushion hooks to underside of seat deck and back rail using proprietary C-clip fastener

• Back cushion hooks to underside of back using proprietary C-clip fastener

Foam

• Seat and back cushions have 3.5 in (89 mm) thick molded urethane foam

The weight capacity is 350 lbs.

Warranty

Lifetime warranty on all components except the following:

• 5 year warranty on foams and textiles

• 12 year warranty on control mechanisms

• Warranty applies only to single shift, standard commercial usage (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)

Fire Rating

All textiles and foam is tested and certified, meeting California Technical Bulletin 117 (CAL 117) standards.

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
