  • High-Traffic (HT) Models: Sturdy metal frame with die-cast zinc connectors and metal-to-metal fasteners for sustained durability in busy waiting areas.
  • Solid Hardwood Models: Elegant hardwood frames with reinforced zinc connectors for lasting stability and refined aesthetics.
  • Replaceable Cushions: Standard upholstery that is easily replaced; cushions are removable. Optional healthcare-compliant textiles available.
  • Repairable Design: On-site repairable components enable quick field service and extended product life with minimal downtime.
  • Maintenance and Hygiene: Fully assembled on delivery; optional Moisture Barrier (MB) and Sealed Seams upgrades enhance cleanability and infection control.
  • Compatibility: Designed to pair with other Primacare seating for a coordinated, cohesive space.

Ideal for hospital waiting areas, patient rooms, senior living facilities, hotel lounges, and corporate or residential spaces seeking durable, maintainable seating with a refined look.

Infection Control

• No Velcro on seat

• Seam sealing option

• Zipper sealing option

• Metal mesh seat deck. For mental health applications, seat deck can be covered with a solid moisture resistant surface with tamperproof fasteners

• For proper cleaning and disinfecting practices, the textile selection needs to be identified. It is vital that following any chemical application a clear water wipe down occur to avoid chemical build up that will lead to deterioration of the textile. Contact Global should information on using a specific disinfectant be required

On Site Repair and Replacement

• All components are field replaceable including seat and frames

• 14 gauge rectangular tube seat frame

• Welded wire mesh seat deck

Construction (Glides)

• Non-marking, black, polypropylene/polyethylene glides

Upholstery

• Zippered seat cushion

• Seat cushion hooks to underside of seat deck and back rail using proprietary C-clip fastener

Foam

• Seat and back cushions have 3.5 in (89 mm) thick molded urethane foam

Weight Capacity

The weight capacity is 350 lbs

Warranty

Lifetime warranty on all components except the following:

• 5 year warranty on foams and textiles

• 12 year warranty on control mechanisms

• Warranty applies only to single shift, standard commercial usage (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)

Fire Rating

All textiles and foam is tested and certified, meeting California Technical Bulletin 117 (CAL 117) standards.

Environmental

All foam is produced without using any ozone depleting chloro-flouro chemicals.

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
