DIGNITY2 Occasional Tables provide versatile surfaces for healthcare, office, and hospitality settings. Available in round and square configurations to complement SPEC seating and other furniture collections, these tables are built for daily use and easy maintenance.

  • Top surface options: durable high-pressure laminate or hand-laid veneer.
  • Color and finish: Spectone frame finishes available in 76 colors.
  • Edge profiles: choose from PVC, 2mm, bullnose, or self-edge for a seamless look.
  • Edge detailing: 18 standard hardwood edge stains with custom stain-to-match at no extra cost.
  • Materials and sustainability: FSC-certified, eco-friendly construction using 100% recycled particleboard and water-based adhesives.
  • Stability and security: non-removable steel leveling glides; optional floor-mounting straps for added security.
  • Laminate options: Wilsonart, Nevamar, or Formica laminates available at no extra charge.
  • Design compatibility: round and square shapes coordinate with SPEC seating and related collections.

Ideal for medical waiting rooms, clinics, and corporate spaces, these tables combine longevity, customization, and healthcare-ready construction to upgrade any environment.

BASE CONSTRUCTION (DIGN2-SQ, DIGN2-DIA)

  • Legs & Brackets: 4 metal legs (16 ga. tube steel) welded to 4 metal brackets for secure attachment to side panels and tabletop.
  • Side Panels & Bottom Cover: Made of 3/4" NAUF particleboard (Phase 2 CARB compliant) with a 1/16" high-pressure plastic laminate sheet (water-based glue).
  • Core Material: 100% recycled, manufactured in an FSC Certified facility.

TOP CONSTRUCTION

Laminate:

  • Core: 1" Nu-Green 2 ULEF particleboard (100% pre-consumer recycled wood fiber, FSC Certified).
  • Covering: 1/16" high-pressure plastic laminate (water-based glue), total thickness ~1-1/8".
  • Edge: Routed for PVC molding (flat, rigid) or self-edge, bonded with water-based glue.

Veneer:

  • Core: 1" Nu-Green 2 ULEF particleboard.
  • Covering: 1/32" hand-laid flat-cut veneer (grain-matched), total thickness ~1-1/16".
  • Edge: Hardwood profiles, glued with water-based adhesives, machined, and finished.

EDGE CONSTRUCTION

PVC Edge:

  • Material: PolyCor G92B PVC (extruded).
  • Attachment: Glued + tongue-and-groove system.

Hardwood Edge:

  • Segmented, water-based glued, clamped, and hand-finished.
  • Corners pencil-radiused, sealed, stained, and lacquered.

FEET CONSTRUCTION

  • Glides: 1/8" steel levelers with 1/4-20 steel stems.

  • Extended lead time! Typically ships in  6+ weeks.
Delivery & Returns

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
