Dormir Lounge

Arcadia

Dormir Lounge by Arcadia brings tailored seating to healthcare reception areas, visitor lounges and shared family spaces. Lounge chairs, love seats and sofas offer a consistent profile while allowing planners to choose armless, wood-arm or upholstered-arm construction for each setting.

All nine models have a nominal 17-inch seat height, 32-inch depth and 31-inch overall height. Seating width changes with the number of seats and arm construction. Compare the complete footprint with the room layout, intended users and access requirements before choosing a model.

Features and configuration options

  • Three seating sizes, each offered in three arm arrangements.
  • Metal bases in standard finishes, with separately priced premium colours.
  • White oak or walnut veneer on wood-arm models.
  • Optional wood or Corian caps on upholstered arms, priced for both arms.
  • Optional under-seat MU1 power with a 72-inch cord and left or right placement as facing.
  • Approved family-specific fabric and silicone upholstery choices, with physical samples recommended.

The manufacturer states capacities of 350 lb for the chair, 700 lb for the love seat and 1,000 lb for the sofa. Non-skid glides are optional; confirm their suitability for the facility flooring. This is lounge seating rather than the separate Dormir Sleeper Sofa.

Review the upholstery care instructions against the facility cleaning protocol. Photographs show example finishes; two-tone upholstery and custom finishes require a separate quotation. Request a project quote with quantities and a Commercial delivery only. Canadian import surcharge and applicable crating are included in the configured total. Freight is $300 CAD below order subtotals of $3,500 for AB/BC/SK, $4,750 for MB or $6,000 for ON/QC; freight is included at or above those thresholds. Atlantic provinces and all territories require a freight quotation. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

Delivery & Returns

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
