Spec Furniture

Annex Conference Table is a customizable workspace solution designed for offices, conference rooms, and healthcare environments. It features integrated wire management to keep cables organized and out of sight, delivering a clean, professional look.

Top surfaces are available in 15+ standard laminates, with premium options from Wilsonart, Nevamar, Formica, Arborite, or Pionite at no extra cost. The 2-inch built-up edge enhances durability, while 76 Spectone base color options let you coordinate with your interior design. Grommets in white, black, or gray provide easy power access, and optional power/data modules and bag hooks add versatility for meetings or patient-care areas.

This table is ideal for ergonomic office spaces, modern healthcare settings, and team meeting areas, combining casual elegance with professional durability. Specify your preferred height to tailor the Annex Conference Table to your workflow.

Specifications
Base Construction:
  • The Annex base is constructed by welding three 2” x 4” 14ga. steel tubes together in an “X” shape.
  • The top of the base sees two 9” x 9” top plates welded and are used to connect the base to the table top.
  • Two inserts are welded to the bottom of each leg and tapped for an adjustable leveler.
  • Welds on the base are polished on both the front
    and back face of the joint, with all tube seams aligned on the inside of the base.
  • The base stretcher is made from 1” x 2” 14ga. tube and is mechanically fastened between the two Annex bases during install.
Top Construction:
Table Top Core - 1" -
  • Nu-Green 2, ULEF (Ultra Low Emission Formaldehyde) raw particleboard core.
  • The core is made using 100% pre-consumer recycled or recovered wood fiber, and is manufactured inside a FSC Certified manufacturing facility.
  • The top density is 39 pounds per cu. ft.
High Pressure Laminate:
  • 1/16" high-pressure laminate sheet with a plastic laminate backing, bonded with a water-based glue.
  • Total top thickness of approximately 1-1/8".
Edge Construction:
Self (SE) -
  • See manufacturer technical sheet for chosen laminate.
PVC (2MM) -
  • Edge is made from PVC pellet material melted and
    extruded through 2mm tongue & groove flat profile in 38 solid colors.
  • 2MM PVC is applied to the table core using a water-based glue.
Bio (2MM) -
  • 2MM Bio edges are PVC-free.
  • Made with 88% bio-based resin blend, this proprietary edge product is the leading green solution.
  • The edge is adhered to the core material and trimmed using our “state-of-theart” edge banding
    process to give you a virtually pick proof edge.
  • 2MM Bio edge has the impact durability of PVC without added chemicals.
  • Available in 38 solid colors.
  • 2MM Bio edge is applied to the table core using a water-based glue.

Delivery & Returns

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
