The Allseating Rühe Patient Hip Chair blends a calming residential look with clinical ergonomics. Engineered for extended seating, it features a heavy-duty 14-gauge steel frame that supports up to 400 lb and a 23.3" seat height to promote neutral posture and easy patient ingress and egress. Crafted by award-winning designer Mike Shields, the chair uses healthcare-grade vinyl with dual upholstery and a fast-clean between-seat-back gap for infection-control in high-traffic spaces.

Durability and design are enhanced by a wall-saver construction, non-marring glides, field-replaceable parts, and a 12-year warranty for reliability in demanding clinical environments. The seating complies with ANSI/BIFMA HCF8.1 standards, ensuring safety and performance over time.

Ideal for hospital waiting areas, patient rooms, and outpatient clinics, the Rühe Hip Chair helps support safe transfers, reduces maintenance to facility teams, and maintains a welcoming, less clinical ambiance while delivering dependable everyday comfort.

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
