Exchange | Benches & Ottomans

Allseating

Exchange benches and ottomans by Allseating provide backless seating for healthcare reception, family waiting and staff lounge layouts. The one-seat format can serve as a coordinating ottoman, while longer benches provide a continuous upholstered surface alongside the backed seating and tables in the Exchange family.

Choose the seat count first so the overall length is clear. Each module contributes 24 inches of armless width, from a 24-inch single unit to a 192-inch eight-seat bench. The seat is 18 inches high and 24 inches deep without a back. Allow additional width for optional arms, and consider the needs of the intended users when deciding between a backless bench and a supported guest chair.

Features and configuration options

  • Moulded plastic seating cores and moulded foam sit on a 14-gauge steel rail frame.
  • One upholstery range and colour is used throughout each online configuration: Oasis Grade 1, Arlo Grade 2 or Challenger Grade 3 vinyl.
  • Matching low or high arm pairs are optional; narrow and wide ends add different amounts to the overall footprint.
  • Low-wide arms can receive optional laminate caps, with a separate finish selection and clearly displayed upgrade price.
  • Standard painted legs include nylon glides. Optional wood legs are available in Light Oak, Medium Oak or Dark Oak.
  • Compatible arm-mounted power is optional; backed seating and console configurations are available on their own pages.

Partially assembled preparation is included in the displayed price. Components require installation on site. The manufacturer’s 12-year comprehensive parts-and-labour warranty applies, subject to its terms. Delivery & Returns

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
