The durable, Greenguard Gold-certified finish improves indoor air quality and withstands frequent cleaning with harsh disinfectants. The 2600 Series delivers quiet, smooth operation thanks to full progressive ball-bearing suspension.

  • Infection control and durability: eco-friendly electrostatic powder-coat finish creates a non-porous surface that disinfects easily and resists frequent cleaning, supporting hygiene protocols without compromising durability.
  • Security: HIPAA-conscious protection with a removable cam lock and optional interlock safety system (LI Series) to safeguard sensitive patient records.
  • Space optimization: vertical design maximizes floor space in busy nurses’ stations and corridors, helping keep high-traffic areas clear.
  • Operation: progressive ball-bearing suspension provides quiet, smooth access to files, minimizing disruption in care settings.
  • Size options: Letter (15.15" W) and Legal (18.15" W) widths, with four heights from 29" to 64.25".

DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION FEATURES OF 2600 SERIES

  • An earth friendly electrostatically applied wet gel paint process protects the environment and provides a durable finish.
  • 26.56” case depth in both legal and letter widths. Case construction combines spot and mig welding for greater durability.
  • Top cap has a seamless front giving a clean smooth appearance while increasing strength and rigidity.
  • Additional strength is provided by four vertical steel channels.
  • Locks are standard on all 2600 Series models.
  • All tenon locks have removable cores for keying alike or later modification in your office. Core removal keys are available; please contact your Global Customer Service representative.
  • Standard thumb latch prevents accidental drawer opening or bounce back.
  • High wall drawer sides accommodate front-to-back hanging file folders.
  • A follower block is standard in every drawer for holding “non-hanging” file folders upright. Removable to maximize space.
  • Leveling glide option NOT available.
  • Full extension ball bearing suspension provides smooth and durable drawer movement. Built-in guides for easy drawer removal and insertion to adapt to changing filing needs.

RETURNS: All contract furniture is made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. Simplova may approve some items for return but will be subject to a restocking fee.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have been scheduled for production may not be changed. All changes including reconsignments to orders previously acknowledged must be requested in writing and are subject to approval. Requests for changes are not deemed accepted until confirmed by the manufacturer. In the event a revision is accepted, change fees may apply.

DELIVERIES BY COURIER/COMMON CARRIER & FREIGHT CLAIMS: The buyer, or buyer's representative, must be present at the time of delivery of the product to sign for and acknowledge correctness of the count and condition of the product being delivered. In the event of shortage or damage of product delivered by a common carrier other than Simplova, the Buyer will be required to file the appropriate claim with that carrier and will hold Simplova harmless from this claim.
